In today's society many families are on the run trying to balance life and family.  Many parents are struggling trying to incorporate a consistent schedule to get the kids to school, doctor's appointments, work, prepare meals and still have time to socialize and communicate.  The sad thing is that something is bound to be missed.  Maybe this sounds like your family and you would love to be on a straight and narrow and be able to incorporate everything and still have time for each other.  Oh and lets not forget married couple that has all of the above tasks and  are now missing out not on just family time but one on one intimacy.  If you can relate this article is for you.  Below I am sharing some tips to help you with learning to focus and balance your family and life events.

Prioritize

Make time for yourself

Make time for your family

Schedule a time that is convenient for everyone and plan family meetings weekly, monthly etc.

Schedule at family meal at least two-three times a month (This can be tweaked depending on the age of your children)

Make time for your mate

Schedule at date night at least once a month

Create a Calendar

Don't put it off get started today and get your life in order.....
